A new spot dedicated to sharing helpful hints on preparing simple, healthful, nutritious meals, especially for busy people. 

I will also share tips on healthful living and making healthier food choices to expand our knowledge in ways that will help us to live well and improve our quality of life.

      I have been away trom the blog due to illness over the last 4 months. Thank you for your kind comments.
      If you are allergic to onions, simply leave it out, or if you don't like the taste of fresh onions, perhaps you cam try using onion powder which is more palatable for some persons.

      As it relates to the onions, that's what I do. Haven't really bothered with the powder, but it's on my list of experiments. 😁
